We may collect your name, telephone number, email address, pickup and destination, requested date and time, passenger count, vehicle and luggage needs, reservation notes, account information, and communications related to your ride. Driver applications may also include profile, vehicle, availability, and photograph information.
2. How we use information
We use this information to prepare estimates, match and communicate with a driver, manage reservations, send transactional updates, maintain customer and driver profiles, provide support, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. When information is shared
Reservation details are shared with the selected or assigned driver and authorized administrators as needed to provide the service. Limited information may also be processed by providers that support account authentication, data storage, mapping, email, text messaging, and website hosting. We do not sell personal information.
4. Text messages and email
If you provide contact information, we may send transactional messages about a reservation, account, or driver request. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance. Opting out may limit time-sensitive updates.
5. Location and route information
Pickup and destination information is used to search addresses, estimate routes and fares, and coordinate service. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information in reservation notes.
6. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete applicable profile information. Certain reservation records may be retained when required for operational, safety, accounting, dispute, or legal purposes.
8. Children
This portal is intended for adults arranging transportation. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13.
